Peter Kraus has been working for the EDPB since its inception. Before the EDPB be was working for the EDPS on IT Policy.
While at the EDPS he has been working on topic such as ePrivacy, remote inspections, preparation of the EDPB and the IPEN.
While working for the EDPB his focus have been Technology and Financial matters, where he worked among others on the first EDPB Opinions (on DPIA lists), Guidance on Consent, PSD2 and the first EDPB Binding Decision.
He has studied in Vienna, Munich, Budapest and Berlin.
